From the moment we opened our doors in 1993, 1st Quality has been committed to a single goal. That is to provide a quality repair and an affordable price. 1st Quality has always put an emphasis on quality and in 2004 we achieved initial ISO 9001:2000 registration of our Quality Management System.

Along with that milestone 1st Quality also achieved TL9000 R4.0 certification in order to better serve the telecommunication industry.
